Klas- en Vakreëls
Klasreëls
Daar word van alle personeel verwag om dieselfde stel algemene reëls stiptelik na te kom
Leerders moet…
- Buite die klas aantree, seuns en dogters apart.
- VLR-lid gaan roep die onderwyser indien hy/sy laat is en lig die onderwyser in t.o.v. afwesighede.
- Leerders wat se voorkoms nie na wense is nie word nie tot die klas toegelaat nie.
- Leerders mag nie selfone by die skool hê nie. Selfone sal gekonfiskeer en in die kluis toegesluit word vir ‘n week.
- Die klas stil en ordelik binnegaan.
- Boeke en skryfbehoeftes word buite die lokaal uitgehaal sodra die klas bereik word. Tasse word in `n ry teen die muur geplaas voordat hulle die lokaal binnekom.
- Bly staan totdat die onderwyser en die klas mekaar gegroet het.
- Indien laat is, `n verskoningsbriefie met die handtekening van die vorige onderwyser toon. In gevalle waar geen verskoningsbriefie getoon kan word nie moet die leerder na die graadvoog gestuur word.
- Die onderwyser altyd as Meneer, Mevrou of Juffrou aanspreek.
- Dadelik opstaan as die hoof of ‘n personeellid die klas binnekom en eers weer gaan sit as toestemming daarvoor gegee word. Geen rondlopery word in die klas geduld nie. Leerders staan slegs op as die onderwyser hulle daartoe versoek.
- Te alle tye oplet en die onderwyser nie onnodig onderbreek nie. In die klas praat slegs een persoon op `n slag en slegs as daar stilte is.
- Sy/haar eie toerusting hê. Geen oor en weer gelenery sal geduld word nie.
- Met `n blou pen skryf. Onderwysers skryf in rooi, departementshoofde met groen en die hoof met `n swart pen.
- Altyd sy huiswerk doen.
- Doodstil bly terwyl afkondigings gemaak word.
- Handboeke met plastiek oortrek en met respek behandel.
- Eie werk inhandig vir assessering.
- Die stoele instoot en die klas netjies agterlaat.
- Die klas verlaat nadat die onderwyser die klas gegroet en daartoe toestemming gegee het.
- Te alle tye ‘n skooldagboek by hom / haar hê.
Leerders mag nie…
- Aan onderwysers persoonlike vrae vra, of opmerkings maak rakende ander personeel of hulle gesinslede nie.
- Ander onderwysers in `n klas met `n onderwyser bespreek nie.
- Skooleiendom beskadig nie. Vandalisme is `n ernstige oortreding. Geen skrywery op mure of banke sal geduld word nie.
- Enige voedsel, drinkgoed en lekkergoed in die klas inneem nie. Eet , drink en kougom kou is verbode.
- Enige wapens, skerp voorwerpe of plofstof in klaskamers bring nie.
- Rommel in die klas strooi nie. Gebruik die asblik om potlode skerp te maak en papier in te gooi
- Die klas verlaat sonder `n toestemmingbrief van die onderwyser nie. Slegs een leerder sal toegelaat word om die klas te verlaat.
- Huiswerk afskryf nie.
Vakreëls
Sentrumreëls – rekenaars:
Wees `n verantwoordelike rekenaargebruiker
- Moet aan niks in die sentrum karring nie. Dit is die skool se eiendom en die onderwyser mag besluit hoe elke rekenaar se opstelling ens. moet lyk.
- Jy mag nie onnodig papier vermors nie. Maak seker dat jou drukstukke die eerste keer reg is.
- Werk te alle tye met skoon hande.
- Apparaat is duur. Hanteer dit versigtig. Moet nie self probeer om ‘n fout op die stelsel reg te stel nie, vra die onderwyser.
Skriftelike werk:
- Jy mag jou skrifte oortrek soos wat jy daarvan hou, onthou egter dit is ‘n rekenaarvak dus as jy prente of foto’s wil opplak moet dit met rekenaars te doen hê.
- Skryf jou naam, klas, groepnommer en tipe boek op jou skrif.
- Trek jou handboeke en skrifte ten minste met plastiek oor.
- Trek `n lyn na elke werkstuk.
- Skryf die datum vir elke nuwe opdrag neer
- Plak klasreëls voorin klaswerkskrif.
Rekenaarprofiele:
- Elke leerder kan sy eie wagwoord vir sy profiel kies.
- Jou wagwoord moet te alle tye jou geheim bly.
- Geen leerder behalwe jy self kan verantwoordelik gehou word vir die verdwyning van dokumente nie.
- Hanteer jou profiel met die nodige verantwoordelikheid. Jy mag nie enige snaakse prente of tekens gebruik nie.
- Jy mag geen foto’s, prente of speletjies aflaai op die rekenaar nie.
- Jy mag nie ‘n CD of flashdisk aan jou rekenaar koppel sonder die nodige toestemming nie.
Portefeulje:
- Bly in klas.
- Voltooi die konsolidasieblad voorin, dadelik nadat elke werkstuk ge-assesseer is.
- Teken die verklaring.
Class and Subject Rules
General Class Rules
Education staff is expected to punctually apply the same class rules.
Learners must…
- Line up outside the class, girls and boys separately.
- The RCL member must call the teacher if he / she is running late and inform him / her of any absentees.
- Those learners whose appearance is not according to regulation are not granted entrance to the classroom.
- All cell phones must be switched off and put away. No learner may operate a cell phone during class time; cell phones will be confiscated and locked in the safe for a week.
- The learners must enter the class in a quiet and orderly fashion.
- School cases must be taken into the classroom. Stationery and necessary books must be taken out and cases put under the chairs (laboratories and centres: necessities taken out and cases left outside in a neat row against the wall).
- Stand behind chairs and greet the teacher and each other before being seated.
- Upon late arrival a learner must present a note from the previous teacher with a reason. If no such letter is present, the learner must be sent to the grade tutor.
- The teacher will always be addressed as Mr / Mrs, Sir / Madam.
- Learners stand when the principal or another teacher enters the class and may be seated once permission is granted. No walking around in the class unless thus instructed by the teacher.
- Learners must pay attention at all times and never interrupt a teacher. Only one person talks at a time and only when there is silence.
- Learners must have their own stationery. No lending and borrowing will be tolerated.
- Writing in blue pen only. Teachers write in red, head of departments in green and the principal in black.
- Homework must always be completed.
- Dead silence during intercom announcements.
- Textbooks must be covered in plastic and handled with respect.
- Hand in own work for assessment.
- Leave the class in a neat state, with chairs pushed in behind the desks.
- Leave the class after greeting the teacher and with permission of the teacher.
Learners may not…
- Ask staff members personal questions, or make any comments about other staff members or their family members.
- May not discuss other staff members with a teacher.
- Vandalism is a serious offence. No school property may be damaged; neither may a learner write on walls or desks.
- No eating, drinking or chewing of gum allowed in the classroom.
- No sharp objects, weapons or explosives are allowed into classrooms.
- Rubbish bins are provided in the classrooms and must be used for all pencil shavings, paper or any other rubbish.
- No learner may leave the class without a letter of permission, and only one learner may leave the class at any one time.
- No copying of homework is allowed.
Subject Rules
Centrum rules – Computers:
Be a responsible computer user.
- You are not allowed to change any settings on a computer. It is school property and only the educator has the authority to decide how each computer’s setup should be.
- Do not waste paper. Check your document for any alterations before you print.
- Hands must be clean at all times.
- Devices are expensive. Handle with care. Do not attempt to fix any problem yourself. Ask assistance of educator.
Written work:
- You may cover your books as you wish. Keep in mind that this is a computer subject – choose relevant pictures or covers.
- Your name, grade, group must be clearly visible on books.
- Text books and exercise books must at least be covered with plastic.
- Draw a line after each activity.
- Write down the date with each activity.
- Subject rules must occur in each portfolio.
Computer Portfolio:
- Each learner must have their own private password.
- This password must be kept private at all times.
- No other learner except yourself can be held responsible for loss or copying of documents.
- Use your portfolio with the necessary responsibility. No funny pictures or signs may be used or created.
- You are not allowed to copy or download any pictures, photo’s or games.
- No unauthorized storage devices are allowed in the computer class.
Portfolio:
- Portfolios remain in the class.
- Complete the consolidation form after each assessment.
- Sign the declaration.
